Allstar Hungary Super Special 2024
The Allstar Hungary Superspecial 2024 will be a particularly interesting event for Lada and Rally and RallyCross fans, as once again the drivers will compete on a short track section specially built for spectator entertainment! In addition, all this will be done on a parallel synchronous track on the RabócsiRing, which will provide extra excitement for both spectators and drivers.
Previously this venue has hosted the European Rally Hungary Superspeciale or the Tournament of Legends which was quite memorable for the spectators, so we will bring the same atmosphere back to the Máriapócsi Katlan on June 1st, with the whole track visible from most standing or seated places!
Amateur riders will be able to test their skills on the same course as the Allstar riders, and the best of the best will have the chance to compete against the biggest names! As well as a high quality Allstar entry list, there will also be an unforgettable International Drift race under the lights.
What is less for Allstar and Amateur riders feladata?
Complete the two-lap synchronous track stage in the shortest possible time. Two cars are allowed on the track at the same time, which will consist of a shorter and a longer lap. They will start from the same place at the same time, and then switch tracks during the first and second lap! Both drivers will complete the same length of track, as they will each complete one short and one long lap.
The evaluation will be done in the classic way, with time measurements in the training sessions and qualification, where the better time result counts. However, the driver with the best 8 times will compete in a knock-out system, so whoever crosses the finish line first will go through and the other driver will say goodbye to the crowd.
Penalties:
- Early start, 5 seconds deduction
- Speeding with 2 wheels, 10mp deduction
It will result in exclusion:
- Leaving the track is when a rider leaves the track with at least two wheels,
and thereby gain an undue advantage
- Ignoring flag signals
- If the car entered is not driven by the driver entered in any of the races
or during training sessions
- Unreasonably slow pace or self and public endangerment
- Stationary rubber fumigation
Categories and minimum entry requirements:
Allstar LADA * R1/ORB1, R2/ORB2, R3/ORB3 * RNOB
If you enter a race car, only 2 people are allowed in a car that meets the requirements (passengers must have a boarding pass)
- Compulsory presence of a buoyancy tube
- Mandatory wearing of helmets, for both pilot and passenger
- Fireproof overalls are compulsory for the pilot and passenger,
- Injury-proof bodywork and windscreen
- Passengers are only allowed in a car with a roll bar, after filling in and signing a passenger declaration form
- Good technical and aesthetic condition of the car (Dripping, dripping NOT allowed, Dusting is obligatory (2kg), no missing bodywork element, parts not permanently attached to the bodywork must be fixed or removed, braking system, steering, tyres in perfect condition)
- A full exhaust system is mandatory on a competition car.
- Maximum permissible noise level:100dB !
- The use of slick tyres is permitted for R1/ORB1, R2/ORB2, R3/ORB3 - as category cars in all other cases the use of Street E-marked, DOT tyres is allowed (also used!) the use of slick tyres is prohibited!
- Use of a safety racing belt is mandatory!
- Standing rubber smoking is FORBIDDEN. Immediate disqualification !
Minimum entry requirements for the LADA Amateur category:
Only the pilot is allowed in the car, no passengers allowed!
- Wearing a helmet is compulsory
- Fireproof overalls are mandatory for pilots,
- Good technical and aesthetic condition of the car (Dripping, dripping NOT allowed, Dusting is obligatory (2kg), no missing bodywork elements, objects and parts not permanently attached to the bodywork must be fixed or removed, braking system, steering, tyres in perfect condition) - A full exhaust system is mandatory on a competition car.
- Maximum permissible noise level:100dB !
- Slick tyres (competition tyres) allowed on cars with a bump tube in all other cases
street E-marked, DOT tires are allowed (used ones too!) slick tires (racing tires) are prohibited!
- The use of a seat belt is mandatory!
